FRENCH FRY RECIPE

 French Fry

Fixings:

  • 3 huge potatoes
  • Oil for fricasseeing
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • Parsley
  • Dark Pepper

Strategy:

  • Strip the potatoes appropriately and cut into french fries shape.
  • Dunk the cut potatoes in cool water and afterward wipe off cautiously with a towel.
  • Fry the potatoes for 30 seconds in tolerably hot oil and move on permeable kitchen paper towel.
  • Move the half seared fries on a plate and pat with a towel to ingest the oil.
  • Presently include the corn flour and blend well.
  • Freeze the cornflour covered fries for 30 minutes, and fry again in decently hot oil until fresh and brilliant earthy colored in shading.
  • When singed, move them on a plate and season with salt, coriander powder, stew powder and chat masala.
  • Enhancement with new parsley and dark pepper and fresh and crunchy french fries are prepared to eat.
