Chocolate Milkshake
Fixings:
Chocolate Panache:
- Semi-sweet Chocolate chips ½ cup
- Cream ½ cup
- Chilled Milk 2 cups (0.47 l)
- Unsweetened Cocoa powder 2 tbs
- Chocolate panache 2 tbs
- Frozen yogurt 2 scoops
Bearings:
- To make chocolate panache, heat cream in a pot, when it begins stewing (don't let bubble) include it in a bowl of chocolate chips and leave for 3-4 minutes. Mix until smooth.
- To make Chocolate shake, in a blender include milk, cocoa powder, chocolate panache and frozen yogurt and twist until all consolidated.
- Beautify glass with chocolate panache, pour chocolate shake, include whipping cream, sprinkle chocolate shavings and serve.
