Dates Pickle


Fixings:

  • Dates — 100 GMS
  • Coconut oil — 4 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds — 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds — 1/2 tsp
  • Cleaved garlic — 12 noes
  • Cleaved ginger — 1 no
  • Cleaved green stew — 5 noes
  • Curry leaves
  • Turmeric powder — 1/2 tsp
  • Bean stew powder — 2 tsp
  • Tamarind puree — 3/4 cup (0.95 l)
  • Salt — 2 tsp
  • Waggery — 1 tsp

Strategy:

  • Take 100 GMS of Dates. Expel the seeds and hack it.
  • Take a wide pot, include 4 tbsp of coconut oil. Include 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of fenugreek seeds and warmth till it turns brilliant earthy colored in shading.
  • Presently, include 12 hacked garlic, 1 cleaved ginger, 5 slashed green bean stew, curry leaves, and saute it till it turns light earthy colored.
  • Include 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 2 tsp of stew powder, a cup of dates, 3/4 cup (0.95 l) of tamarind puree and blend it on low fire.
  • Presently, include 2 tsp of salt and cook with 2 tbsp of Oil if oil is full caught up with the blend.
  • At last, include 1 tsp of Waggery and blend it in with the blend till it is dry and mixed well together.
  • Dates Pickle is fit to be presented with chapati or rice.
