Prawn Chutney

Fixings:

  • Prawns - 100 gm
  • Onion - One, cut
  • Tomato - One, cut
  • Garlic - 10 cloves
  • Green chill - 5
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • Water - 1 cup (0.24 l)
  • Coriander leaves - 1 pack, finely hacked
  • Salt to taste

The most effective method to Make Prawn Chutney:

  • Warmth some water in a dish. Add salt to taste.
  • Include cleaned, washed little prawns.
  • Include tomato, onion cuts, green chills and blend.
  • Bubble until the water evaporates and cool.
  • Make a fine glue of the blend in a processor.
  • Blend slashed coriander leaves and lemon juice to the glue.
  • Check preparing.
  • Prawn Chutney is fit to be presented with steamed rice, roti or paratha.
