MUTTON CURRY RECIPE

Mutton Curry

Fixings:

  • Sheep with bones-500 - 600 gms
  • Onions slashed 3 medium
  • Ginger garlic glue 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes-2 medium slashed
  • Green cardamom-4
  • Cloves-5
  • Cinnamon-3 pieces
  • Dark cardamom-2
  • Peppercorns-10
  • Entire dry red chillies-2
  • Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  • Red Chili powder-2 tsp
  • Coriander powder-2 tsp
  • Cumin powder-1 tsp
  • Whisked curd/yogurt-3 tbsp
  • Salt-1 tsp
  • Oil-3 tbsp
  • Planning:
  • Slash the onions and the tomatoes.

Procedure:

  • Warmth oil in a skillet.
  • Include all the entire garam masalas and mix.
  • Presently include the dry red chillies and blend well.
  • Include the hacked onions and fry for around 10 mins on medium warmth till light earthy colored in shading.
  • Presently include the ginger garlic glue and fry for around 2 mins till the crude smell is no more.
  • Put in the Mutton pieces, the powders and 1 tsp salt. Blend well.
  • Presently fry on high for around 2 mins and afterward bhuno on mode for around 10-12 mins till the Mutton pieces are seared and oil isolates.
  • Switch off fire/lower warmth and include the whisked curd/yogurt.
  • Blend on low for 2-3 mins and afterward on mode for around 5 mins till the curd is cooked and oil isolates.
  • Presently include the hacked tomatoes and cook for around 10 mins till delicate.
  • Include 2 cups of water, blend and cook for 2 mins.
  • Presently move this to a weight cooker and cook till 3-4 whistles. Permit to cool before opening the weight cooker.
  • Then again, if the lamb is delicate you can keep on cooking in the container till the meat is delicate.
  • Serve hot with roti or rice.
