- Finely slash Ginger and Garlic
- De-seed and cut Plums into 4 quarters, and each quarter into 2 pieces
- Blend Chili and Turmeric Powders in a modest quantity of Water
- Warmth Oil in a substantial bottomed container, lower fire and include Mustard Seeds, permit splutter.
- Include Fenugreek seeds and Curry leaves, mix for 1 moment.
- Include Ginger and Garlic, sauté for around 10 minutes on medium fire.
- Include the powders glue and mix for 4 minutes.
- Include the Plum pieces, mix well, check for Salt, cook on medium fire for 10 minutes.
- Include Waggery or Brown Sugar and Hing, expel from fire.
- Permit cooling.
- In a different container, bring to bubble Vinegar and blend in the pickle.
- Permit cooling. Spoon into disinfected containers, seal, name and refrigerate. (In a perfect world permit the pickle to develop and smooth for around multi week.)
