Sweet Mango Pickle

Fixings:

  • Crude Mango -1/2 cup (0.47 liters)
  • Softened Jagger - 1/2 cup (0.47 l)
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida powder - 1 tsp
  • Ginger - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
  • Bean stew powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Gingerly oil - 2 tbsp

Technique:

  • Add Gingerly oil to the skillet, when oil is warmed up include Mustard seeds, hold up till it pop, and afterward include Cumin seeds, Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Asafoetida powder, Ginger, Raw Mango, salt and blend well.
  • Cook it in a low fire, without including water. Continue mixing it.
  • When the Mango cooked, ensure the pieces are offered. Its opportunity to include Melted Waggery. Let it cook for around 10 minutes, till the waggery diminishes.
  • Mood killer the oven when waggery diminished.
  • Store it refrigerates the Sweet and hot Mango pickle.
