Tandoori Chicken Lollipops


Fixings:

  • 6 Chicken Leg Pieces
  • 4 tablespoon plain yogurt (curd)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger glue
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic glue
  • 1 teaspoon baked masala
  • ½ teaspoon of Jeera powder (cumin powder)
  • 1 teaspoon red bean stew powder
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 spots of red-orange food shading
  • Salt to taste

Guidelines:

  • Take a major bowl and blend 2 tbsp yogurt, 1 tsp baked masala, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp ginger glue, 1/2 tsp garlic glue, 1 tsp red bean stew powder, 2 spots of red-orange food shading, and salt to taste.
  • Blend all the fixings quite well and marinate the chicken pieces in this blend.
  • Coat all the leg pieces quite well and save the blend in fridge at any rate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the stove at 350 degrees F and take out of the chicken blend from the refrigerator.
  • Prepare the chicken pieces in preheated stove for 40 minutes, till the chicken is all around cooked.
  • Wrap every drumstick leg with a little of foil at the base of the drumstick so, it looks pleasant and can be held at that end while eating.
  • Appreciate simple, natively constructed chicken candies right away.

Notes:

  • While serving chicken candies, sprinkle some lemons juice or chaat masala over the pieces.
