Vegetable Fried Rice
Fixings:
- Oil - 2 Tbsp
- Garlic - 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped
- Spring Onion Whites
- Carrot - 1 No.
- Green Beans
- Cabbage - 1 Cup
- Bubbled Sweetcorn - 1/2 Cup
- Infant Corn
- Salt - 3/4 Tsp
- Pepper
- Light Soy Sauce - 2 Tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- Sugar - 1/4 Tsp
- Spring Onion Greens
Technique:
- Cook the rice till its 3/fourth done and strain it and keep it aside
- Warmth oil and pan fried food garlic.
- Saute onions, finely hacked vegetables on high fire
- Include soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, pepper and salt.
- Blend well and saute
- Include cooked rice.
- Blend everything until all around consolidated
- Include spring onion greens and mood killer the oven
- Serve the seared rice hot.
