VEGETABLE FRIED RICE

Vegetable Fried Rice


Fixings: 
  • Oil - 2 Tbsp 
  • Garlic - 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped 
  • Spring Onion Whites 
  • Carrot - 1 No. 
  • Green Beans 
  • Cabbage - 1 Cup 
  • Bubbled Sweetcorn - 1/2 Cup 
  • Infant Corn 
  • Salt - 3/4 Tsp 
  • Pepper 
  • Light Soy Sauce - 2 Tbsp 
  • Vinegar - 1 Tbsp 
  • Sugar - 1/4 Tsp 
  • Spring Onion Greens 
Technique: 
  • Cook the rice till its 3/fourth done and strain it and keep it aside 
  • Warmth oil and pan fried food garlic. 
  • Saute onions, finely hacked vegetables on high fire 
  • Include soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, pepper and salt. 
  • Blend well and saute 
  • Include cooked rice. 
  • Blend everything until all around consolidated 
  • Include spring onion greens and mood killer the oven 
  • Serve the seared rice hot.
